Game #3: RIVERDOGS 6 Lookouts 16

According to the website...the score was 16-6. According to the home book...me...it was 15-6. The Riverdogs played the Lookouts on Saturday and it was a tough loss for the Riverdogs. The Lookouts were impressive on the offensive side of things as they managed to crank out quite a few outfield hits. But, the Riverdogs didn't give up and pushed until the end!

3rd inning:
Gavin (second) to Lance (first) for out #1
Ben (shortstop) to Lance (first) for out #2
Someone had an unassisted play at third for the last out! It could have been Donovan, Alex, Hayden or I'm not exactly sure! Sorry!!!

4th inning:
Ben caught a fly ball at shortstop for out #1
Ben (shortstop) to Gavin (second) for out #2
Griffin (pitcher) to Lance (first) for out #3

The Riverdog infield actually almost had a triple play!!!!
Ben (shortstop) to Gavin (second) for the last out

Game #2: RIVERDOGS 5 Thunder 7

It has been quite a few days since the Riverdogs played together and the team showed up tonight for a 5:30pm game against the Thunder! As you can probably tell by the score...it was a close game. The Riverdogs were down a few runs, then caught up and then it was just a close game.

I don't have details about the game since I was at another game keeping the books!

A big shout out to Ann Stahlman for covering me keeping the books!

We are back at Nowell Field this Friday night at 6:30pm to play the Scrappers! Please make sure the players are there by 5:30pm.
