The Riverdogs played 4 in the outfield instead of 5 since we were down 2 teammates.
Here's how the DEFENSE looked this afternoon...
1st inning:
Lawson (second) to Luke (shorstop) for an out at second base.
A double play...Luke caught a fly ball at second and then threw the ball to Ian at first.
2nd inning:
Charley (pitcher) to Lawson (third) for an out.
Charley caught an infield fly ball at the pitcher's mound for an out.
3rd inning:
Charley (pitcher) to Ian (first) for an out.
4th inning:
John (pitcher) to Luke (shortstop) at second base for the first out.
John (pitcher) to Ian (first) for the second out.
Luke (shortstop) to Ian (first) for the last out.
5th inning:
John (second) to Luke (shorstop) at second base for an out.
6th inning:
John (pitcher) to Ian (first) for the first out.
Charley had an unassisted play at third for the 2nd out.
Luke (shortstop) to Lawson (second) at second base for the last out of the game.
