Game #2: RIVERDOGS 9 Bats 10

It was a close game! The Bats played great defense as we had a few hits right to them, but it was also great that we had some nice defensive plays and every player hit the ball and got on base! That's a big improvement from our first game over the weekend!

Here's how we looked DEFENSIVELY...

1st inning:
Hayden caught a foul fly ball between the visitor dugout and third base for out #1
Gavin (pitcher) to Lance (first) for the last out

2nd inning:
Hayden (third) to Lance (first) for an out

3rd inning:
Lance had an unassisted play at first for out #1
Hayden (third) to Lance (first) for out #2
Griffin D (pitcher) to Lance (first) for the last out

4th inning:
Griffin D (pitcher) to Lance (first) for outs 1 and 2

5th inning:
Griffin D (second) to Lance (first) for the first out
Gavin (pitcher) to Lance (first) for the second out
Ben caught a fly ball at shortstop to end the inning

6th inning:
Hayden (third) to Lance (first) for out #1
Gavin (pitcher) to Lance (first) for an out

Ben: 3-4 with a triple, 2 doubles, 1 RBI and 3 runs scored
