1st inning:
Ben (shortstop) had an unassisted play at second for out #1
Nathaniel (pitcher) to Lance (first) for outs 2 and 3
2nd inning:
Hayden took part in a double play at third...he caught a fly ball, then threw the ball over to Lance at first!
Ben (shortstop) to Lance (first) for the last out
3rd inning:
Griffin caught an infield fly ball at second for out #1
Ben caught a fly ball at shortstop for out #2
Lance had an unassisted play at first to end the inning
4th inning:
Gavin (pitcher) to Lance (first) for outs 1 and 2
5th inning:
Gavin tagged the runner for out #1
Lance had an unassisted play at first for out #2
Griffin (pitcher) to Lance (first) for out #3
Alex made a great stop with the ball (I'm sure the laces of the ball are still implanted in his arm) in centerfield!
Great job in the outfield learning to back up the infield and throwing the ball quickly into the infield Alex, Nathaniel, Brock, Brayden, Bailey, Griffin W and Will!
Nice job behind the plate Bailey, Brayden, Will and Griffin W! That's hard work with all that gear on!
Here's how we looked OFFENSIVELY...
Gavin: 1-3
Hayden: 2-3 with a double and 1 run scored
Ben: 1-3 with 1 run scored
Lance: 3-3 with 1 RBI and 1 run scored
Griffin: 1-3 with 1 run scored
Alex: 3-3 with a double, 3 RBI and 1 run scored
Nathaniel: 2-3 with 1 RBI
Brock: 3-3
Brayden: 1-3
Bailey: 2-3
Griffin W: 0-2 but will get them next time
Will: 0-2 with hard infield hits
Practice for the DAWGS on Sunday at 1:30pm and a game against the Lookouts on Tuesday!!
