RIVERDOGS 7 Lookouts 2

It was a mid-week game this week...the Riverdogs "hosted" the Lookouts on Nowell Field tonight at 5:30pm. Here's how we looked DEFENSIVELY...

Hats off to Griffin, Jabril, Lance and Jack S for their great work behind the plate with all the catcher's gear on in the heat!!

Also, good job working the outfield Alex, Jabril, Josh, Gavin, Lance, Griffin, John, Benjamin, Jack B and Jack S!

1st inning:
A 1-2-3 inning...
Lawson caught a fly ball at second for out #1
Lawson (second) to Ian (first) for out #2
Josh caught a fly ball on the pitcher's mound for the last out

2nd inning:
Ian caught a fly ball at first base for out #1
Luke caught a fly ball at shortstop for out #2
Luke (shortstop) to Lawson (second) for out #3

3rd inning:
Luke caught a fly ball to end the inning

4th inning:
John (third) to Ian (first) for an out

5th inning:
Ian caught a foul fly ball at first for out #1
Luke (shortstop) to Lawson (second) for an out

6th inning:
Alex had an unassisted play at third for out #1
John caught a fly ball on the pitcher's mound to end the game

Ian: 1-2 with a homerun over the rightfield fence (Happy 9th Birthday today!!), 1 RBI and 1 run scored
